Everything in nature moves in cycles. The seasons turn with quiet certainty — the sun rises, the trees begin to bloom, the days stretch a little longer. It all unfolds without being asked. And just as nature is cyclic, so are we. Each day our bodies wake, release, restore, and shift. We, too, emerge from winter’s stillness into the sweet, steady, planting energy of spring.

I honor Spring as the true New Year — the one celebrated long before the Gregorian calendar. Spring invites renewal. It offers a fertile moment to plant new seeds, set fresh intentions, and ground your energy as you watch your inner visions move from the unseen into form. This season is about beginning again, blooming at your own pace, and tending to what wants to grow.

This sound immersion will open with a guided meditation and a gentle seeding ritual. From there, you’ll be held in a rich landscape of sound — crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, crystal pyramids, and other healing instruments. We’ll close with softer tones and intentional breaths to bring you back into the present moment, grounded and renewed.
