My Path Into Birth Work
My path into birth work began during my pregnancy with our second child, our first son. I found myself drawn to the homebirth stories I watched on TLC — women trusting their bodies, surrounded by support. Something in me recognized that way of birthing, even though I wasn’t yet ready for it. I chose an unmedicated hospital birth, and the strength I discovered in that experience opened the door to my first homebirth. I searched for an Indigenous midwife in Maryland, met a few- selected the best one ever :), and planned the birth that changed everything for me.
I went on to have three more homebirths.
Those intimate, powerful experiences — held by my loving midwife and my doula — awakened my curiosity about birthwork. I was accepted into midwifery school, but motherhood needed me first. Still, the call never left. Over the years, people naturally came to me for guidance about pregnancy and birth. I kept learning, researching, and listening. Fourteen years later, I finally stepped fully into the work that had been calling me all along.
Today, I offer intuitive birth wisdom, womb education, and grounded support for women throughout their pregnancy and birth journey. In addition to placenta encapsulation, sound womb therapy, and nutritional guidance. It is an honor to walk beside you as you create the birth you choose — to support, encourage, and remind you of the intuitive power already within you.

Womb Guide & Educator
I support mothers in bringing their birth vision to life. My work is to help you recognize your power, trust it, and use it throughout pregnancy and birth. I offer holistic, intuitive, mother‑led support rooted in autonomy and deep listening.
Mother‑led means you guide the experience. You share your vision and needs, and I hold space, educate, and support you as you move through your own intuitive process. Birth flows naturally when a woman feels safe, supported, and uninterrupted.
My own homebirths reminded me of the strength within me, and that same power lives within every mother. Uninterrupted birth reconnects women to themselves and expands what they believe is possible.
In a world where birth has become heavily medicalized — especially for Black women — I am here to offer grounded, respectful, and safe support through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. You will birth your baby on your terms. I am here with guidance, presence, and love.

Three pathways to support your unique birth journey

All Womb Journey pathways include intuitive sound therapy throughout active labor — using tone, vibration, and rhythm to soften the nervous system and support your body’s natural rhythm.
The Birth & Sound Connection
Sound is one of the oldest tools for grounding the body and opening the womb. During pregnancy and birth, vibration becomes a language — a way for the nervous system to soften, for the mind to quiet, and for intuition to rise to the surface. The body responds to tone, rhythm, and breath long before words, allowing sound to guide you back into your own inner knowing.
In birth, sound becomes a pathway inward. Low tones help the pelvis release. Gentle humming steadies the breath. Rhythm anchors the mind. These simple, ancient practices support the body’s natural physiology while helping you stay connected to your own wisdom, power, and instinctive timing. My work weaves sound into birth support as a way to help you feel held, centered, and attuned — so you can move through your experience with presence, trust, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself and your baby.

The Placenta As Medicine
The placenta is a sacred source of nourishment, created by your body to sustain life. Many mothers choose to honor this connection by using their placenta for postpartum support — to restore vitality, balance emotions, and replenish what the body has given. These offerings are designed to support your healing gently and intuitively as you enter your postpartum journey.
