We have to start asking ourselves these questions as it pertains to our body and health. Doing our own research to discover how the body responds to not only unhealthy habits, but trauma, ancestral patterns, and fear.
The body guards, it is intelligent, and it wants to heal.
Ask it how you can support it? What unhealthy habits are outdated, what beliefs have ran their course, does it need rest? Is it in a perpetual state of fear? Does it need more nutrients, sunlight, stillness? What ancestral patterns is it time to recognize and release?
Ask your body and see how you can support your body. How you can assist in the healing. Then listen and proceed. When you give the body what it needs-it can heal.
