Birthcare Clients
Clients are required to submit full payment at the time of booking, unless an alternative arrangement has been discussed and mutually agreed upon in advance. All fee details, payment structures, and policies will be clearly outlined in the contract provided after our initial consultation and once you have chosen to move forward with me as your Birth Coach and/or Birth Attendant.
Sound Therapy Events
All payments and required contracts must be completed and signed prior to any services being rendered. Full details regarding fees, policies, and event guidelines are outlined within the contract. For any additional questions or clarifications, please contact me at thefrequencytuner@gmail.com.
General Information
Sliding‑scale options are available for select clients. If you are interested in services and would like to inquire about eligibility, please contact me at thefrequencytuner@gmail.com or (301) 485‑6256.
I currently support pregnancy and birth clients within the DMV area (Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia), as well as locations within a two‑hour radius of my home. Clients residing beyond this radius may incur an additional travel fee.
Clients who purchase both a Womb Journey Package and a Placenta Encapsulation Package will receive a 5% discount. Returning Birthcare clients automatically receive a 10% discount on services. Please reach out to me directly to obtain the discount code before booking.
In‑home sound healing therapy sessions are available for Birthcare clients and for clients who require special accommodations. If you would like your session to take place outside of my standard service location, please contact me at thefrequencytuner@gmail.com to discuss availability and travel considerations.
Refunds
I do not offer refunds on products or services. This is a strict policy. So, please be sure to read all paperwork before signing.
